A delicious three-course dinner will be served with four varieties of wine from the Smith-Madrone Winery. The Napa Valley-based winery won the Winery of the Year Award from The Daily Meal in 2014.

Smith-Madrone Winery was founded in 1971 by Stuart Smith, but the 200-acre ranch was partly planted as vineyard over a century ago. Today, the winery has an annual production of 4,000 cases. Madrone is the predominant tree on the ranch and is an evergreen with a red-brown trunk and branches.
