Keynote speaker for this year's summit is an ingenious entrepreneur and philanthropist, Karma member David Meltzer.

David launched his career in sports as the CEO of the world's most recognized sports agency, Leigh Steinberg Sports and Entertainment
Andrew Medal is an Entrepreneur, Angel Investor, Self-taught Web Designer, and Professional Trouble Maker. He is the Founder and CEO of Agent Beta, Andrew Medal Media and the founder, advisor and investor in about 20 other tech based startups.
Shortly after dropping out of college to chase startup dreams, he helped raise $2.3m to grow what has become a mega-million dollar sports nutrition company named Progenex by leveraging the CrossFit community.
Jeremy Haynes is known as the go-to millennial for all marketing automation and advertising needs for businesses in dozens of industries. He is the CEO/Founder of his advertising agency, Megalodon Marketing based in Miami Beach, FL.
He's recognized for creating some of the highest grossing Digital Marketing sales campaigns in the history of Grant Cardone™’s digital advertising.
Dan Fleyshman is the youngest founder of a publicly traded company in history. At the age of 23, after selling 15 million dollars worth of clothing in six department store chains and surpassing expectations with his 9.5 million dollar licensing deal with STARTER apparel, Mr. Fleyshman launched the “Who’s Your Daddy” energy drink into 55,000 retail stores and military bases. 10 years after starting his licensing company in high school, Dan went on to launch Victory Poker in 2010, building the third largest team of professional players out of the 550 poker sites on the market.
