ANDREEA PERMINOV is the only newscaster in Romania to present the news in English (every morning at 8:20AM for Antena3). Andreea is an accomplished actress with two Hollywood films under her belt while in her early teens: “Creek” directed by Joel Schumacher and “Pa-ra-da” directed by Marco Pontecorvo. In this second movie, Andreea played a street child, called Alina, which allowed her to see the ugly side of society, an experience that allowed her to develop a deep sense of civic duty.

Since 2010, Andreea has been an active volunteer and fundraiser for Blue Heron Foundation (BHF), a non-profit organization, which has invested $1.5 million in college scholarships and helped 3,000 Romanian and Moldovan orphaned and abandoned teenagers live a better life.

Andreea currently serves as the Member Outreach Chair of Karma Bucharest. Established in 2005, Karma has become one of the most exclusive, private membership organizations dedicated to connecting exceptional and inspirational individuals both socially and professionally. Through a variety of experiential events, sensational parties and elite social gatherings, Karma empowers its members to forge lasting bonds and friendships, thereby enriching each other’s lives, sharing business ideas and enhancing philanthropic causes.

Andreea is a 2017 candidate the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest where she is majoring in International Economics.
