TABLE BUYER CONFIRMATION

Thank you for purchasing a VIP Table for Karma's 9th Annual Karma Masquerade.

We are thrilled to have you as one of our VIP guests and are looking forward to a great night. Below you will find the confirmation details and complete VIP access information for the event on May 20th, 2017. These details will be reviewed with you by Katelyn Brown. If you have not heard from Katelyn Brown, feel free to email her directly at kbrown@karmainternational.com or call 678.237.5094 to review your Table Access Advancement Details. 


EVENT DETAILS

 

DRESS CODE Come dressed to impress, masks are required. 

ADDRESS Liaison Restaurant + Lounge - 1638 N Las Palmas Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90028

PARKING Valet is at 1632 N Las Palmas Ave. $20. You will also be allowed to self-park or be dropped off by a car service. 

VENUE ARRIVAL You will register yourself and your guests at the Table Buyer Check-In to receive wristbands with Alden Kirkman. Alden will wristband you and your guests, and direct you to the Table Buyer Podium, where a hostess will escort you and your guests to your table location.

EVENT ACCESS You must have a valid government-issued identification card with your picture (ex. Driver’s license). Your identification MUST match the name we have on our list. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your name is different, please let us know so we can update our records before the event. Your wristband will be in YOUR name only and it is NONTRANSFERABLE. There are no “ins and outs” - if you leave the party you will not be allowed to re-enter. ALL GUESTS IN YOUR VIP PARTY MUST ALSO HAVE VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION WHICH WILL BE CHECKED AT THE GATE AND MUST MATCH THE NAMES ON YOUR LIST.

We strongly recommend you arrive between 8:30PM and 9:30PM; however, it is not required. It is imperative that ALL people in your group are on your guest list in advance and that they have their own tickets. Our security will ONLY admit the people on your list at the door; ALL others will be turned away.

If you experience any issues on the evening of the event, please TEXT our Director of VIP Services Katelyn Brown at (678) 237-5094 or our F&B Director Steve Norman at (714) 658-2515. This means if you are having issues getting service, redeeming bottles you've pre-purchased, etc. Katelyn & Steve are available to assist you, please include your name and table number in the text. 


TABLE GUEST LIST

Please list all guests in your party below with their name as it will appear on their government issued ID or proof of identification, as well as their gender. If you have any unknown guests indicated here, please fill out the spaces with their names no later than Friday at noon. All guests MUST be named below. If you submit names that are above and beyond your ticket allotment, you will need to purchase tickets for each additional guest you would like to add to your table.
