Marian Bacol-Uba is thrilled to join Karma International and serve as the Social Chair for the Miami Chapter. She hopes to bring her years of marketing and event planning experience to produce memorable and exciting events andto help grow the chapter’s membership. She is humbled to be a part of such a dynamic group of people who know how to give back to the community and create unforgettable experiences all while having fun!

Marian is a Miami Realtor knowledgeable in the Miami market, especially in the Downtown Miami/Brickell/Edgewater areas. She is educated in the current and future developments of the city and is an active member of the community. She works with investors to diversify and maximize their real estate portfolios in South Florida. Marian is a founding member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Miami Chapter and is one of the leading realtors to bring the Asian/Asian American clientele and businesses to Miami. Her relationship with Miami's developers, builders and other top brokers, gives her access to off market deals that provide better investments for her clients.

Marian is a California native and graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a double B.A. in Sociology and International Studies with a focus on Asian Business and Culture. Prior to moving to Miami, Marian had a successful career as a marketing and digital media consultant in the Hospitality/Restaurant industry with over 10 years of experience. Some of her past clients include: the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, My Beverly Hills, Seafood City Supermarkets, Blackberry, Pei Wei Restaurants, DK's Donuts and more.  She was also a food writer for CBS Los Angeles and was featured on the OC Register, Minted Magazine, Pacific Citizen and other publications.

Marian enjoys traveling and has lived in several countries including Singapore, China (Shanghai) and the Philippines. She enjoys outdoor adventures such as scuba diving, sky diving, hiking, cliff diving, boating and obstacle races like the Spartan Race.
